I came to Sean a year ago having tried on my wedding dress that didn’t fit and bulged in places it shouldn’t. I told him that I had a year to get into my wedding dress. Having never had a Personal Trainer before I was very nervous about some fit guy seeing me jiggle all my wobbly bits. Sean was very friendly, talkative and forthcoming which put me at ease straight away. He wasn’t your cliché of a Personal Trainer and quickly became a friend. I trained with Sean once a week for a year. I’m not a gym-goer, I don’t exercise and hate any sort of running/lifting/stretching but Sean pushed me. I moaned every step of the way and fought him on most things but I did it, I lost 2 stone and still had a pizza every weekend! On the day of the wedding, I was shocked at the scales. The dress fitted perfectly and I felt amazing. I can’t thank Sean enough as I had my dream wedding without any worries of bulges. I had so many compliments it was unreal. For the last 6 years I had only ever trained at commercial gyms, so doing boot and strength camps at Next Level Fitness was completely new to me and it really opened my eyes to a new way of training which I love. I wasn’t looking to lose weight but to increase my fitness and tone. Everyone has their different reasons for being there but we are all there having a laugh, being supportive and creating a great atmosphere. Working out should never be seen as a chore and I always look forward to the sessions and to see what I can accomplish next. Sean and Abbie are both so friendly, knowledgeable and really passionate about their work and helping others. When you don’t think you can do it they show you that you can. When I first started at Next Level Fitness I had never been in a gym before and was very large and unhappy with my body and lack of exercise. Right from the very first session I was welcomed and made to feel comfortable. Abbie is an amazing PT and has been a big part of my journey. They are amazing at helping you with your goals both long term and short term as well as developing a plan that works for you. You can tell that hitting your goals and any improvement is just as personal to them as is it to you. In addition the group sessions are always a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere and are so much fun. My first goal was to lose weight but it is safe to safe going to Next Level is just a part of my routine and something I always look forward to now. Sean and the team really are unique and for anyone who wants to make a change and is daunted by how and what to do in order to make that first step, this is it.

We have sessions every week day at 6.30am, 9.15am, 5.30pm, 6.00pm, 6.30pm, 7.00pm, 7.30pm, 8.00pm, 8.30pm plus Saturday mornings at 9am, 9.30am, 10am and 10.30am.
All our sessions are 30 minutes long and you can come to as you want. As you get fitter you can book sessions back to back and do more.
Once you've completed payment and attended your foundation session you can start the program right away.
We're located near the Town Hall in Rotherham Town Centre. Our address is: Next Level Fitness, Unit N, The Crofts Complex, Quarry Hill, Rotherham, S60 2DN.
Nope, it's our job to get you fit. Everything is tailored to your current level of strength and fitness. No matter what your starting point is we'll coach you to get fitter, stronger and change shape over the course of the 4 weeks.
It’s completely your choice. You can carry on as a fully fledged Next Level member by choosing the membership option that works best for you or if you decide Next Level isn’t for you we can part ways with no hard feelings. Whatever you decide you will see progression over the next 4 weeks.
If you follow our advice and stick to the program we absolutely guarantee that you'll get great results but if, for whatever reason, you're don't make any progress we will give you a full refund.
