When I first started at Next Level Fitness I had never been in a gym before and was very large and unhappy with my body and lack of exercise.

Sean is an amazing PT and has been a big part of my journey.

I joined Next Level Fitness in January 2019 and have never looked back!
I’m in my late 20’s and work in IT, a huge part of my work involves sitting in front of a laptop for extended periods of time.
I’d never been to a gym in my life, and could quite confidently say the most consistent physical activity I’d done before that was during PE at school (even that was hit and miss!).
To cut a long story short, going to the gym and just working out in general just wasn’t “a thing” in my life.
I knew from the start joining Next Level was going to be an investment, both on a financial and a personal level.
It was never going to be easy, and I knew joining a “traditional” gym was a waste of time.
Like a lot of people in my position regular gyms simply do not interest me; far too many egos, selfies and meat heads for my liking.
Since joining Next Level Fitness almost all aspects of my life have improved; I’m fitter, stronger and my entire idea of what a gym should be has changed entirely.
I’ve gone from dreading the idea of even stepping into a gym to enjoying and looking forward to each and every session I attend .
The same applies to my diet, thanks to the ongoing advice and guidance from the Next Level team has empowered me to consistently improve the way I eat… and not just spend my life counting calories.
Whilst I joined Next Level with the intention of losing a bit of weight, 18 months later I’m now part of an amazing community and whilst there are people from all walks of life, all on their own journey, one thing which remains true is everybody’s ego gets left at the door and I always feel welcome.

Sean, Jordan, Josh & Cristal are all very knowledgeable and very helpful no matter what your questions and goals are.
If you have current injuries or wish to prevent injuries they are more than happy to accommodate and work around them, as well as tailoring your needs to improve injuries such as back for an example.
I've trained very closely with Sean for a very long time and managed to lose 4 stone in 8 weeks for an upcoming fight I had.
Just the right amount of training mixed with the proper diet. Even if you go a little overboard and gain a little back you won't be treated poorly, always friendly and easy to build rapport with and group activities such as fun runs, obstacle courses and hill walks for charity make it a very fun environment.
