Your Most common Questions

When are the sessions?

We have sessions available at 9.15am, 5.30pm, 6.30pm, 7.00pm and 7.30pm through the week plus Saturday mornings at 9am and 10am. You can come to whichever sessions suit you best each week and we are always adding more.

When does it start?

Once you've completed payment and had your onboarding session you can start the program right away.

What equipment do I need?

You don't need any equipment for this workout. Our coaches will be writing the programs so you can get fit and stay in shape with your body weight. All you need is an internet and a phone / iPad / Laptop with a working camera.

Do I have to be fit to get started?

Nope, it's our job to get you fit. Everything is tailored to your current level of strength and fitness. No matter what your starting point is we'll coach you to get fitter, stronger and change shape over the course of the 4 weeks.

What happens at the end of the 4 Weeks?

It’s completely your choice. You can carry on as a fully fledged Next Level member by choosing the membership option that works best for you or if you decide Next Level isn’t for you we can part ways with no hard feelings. Whatever you decide you will see progression over the next 4 weeks.
